Nailing on Scammers
Mr. Greg Mulholland, liberal MP for Leeds, Nort-West put up his concerns over the growing number of fly-by-night land banking companies that need to be nailed in view of supressing any Land Scam. UK has witnessed London Land Scams, Sussex Land Scams and Kent Land Scams and the initiative of Mr. Mulholland requires serious support of all of the MPs, Government Bodies and many a companies as well.
He has put forward his views over the growing number of Land Banking companies and has suggested devise a governing body that would rule out any possibility of Land Scams in the greenfield area. He argued that such initiatives have taken place in Australia.
The said independent body shall govern the industry and prevent any scammer to show his hands and run away with the public money.
This initiative requires every individual to be a part of the "anti-fly-by-night land banking companies" campaign and then only shall UK be able to forget London Land Scams, Kent Land Scams and Sussex Land Scams.
