Dish Network and DirecTV the Leaders in Customer Satisfaction

One thing that too many businesses have forgotten about is customer satisfaction. It seems that no sooner have you signed on the dotted line that you become just another number to them. This particularly holds true in many businesses where you have signed an extended contract or agreement for their services or products.

Research into the area of customer satisfaction has connected it to employee moral and it was found that happy satisfied employees give better service to their customers. This is one area that these two leaders in the industry have focused their attention and it has consistently produced results.

For the last five years in a row J.D.Power and associates has given DirecTV and Dish network stellar ratings for their records in over all customer satisfaction. Either you have it or you dont and that is just the way it goes in business. If you treat you employees well, then they will treat your customers well.

All the free installation work that is done by these two giants of the industry when you join their TV viewing families, is done in house by their own company experts. While so many other service providers contract this type of work out to the lowest bidder in your community, it was decided early on that while this is the cheapest way to go, it is not the best for the customer.

That these two service providers stand at the top of an industry that is so competitive speaks volumes about their determination to do things right when they deal with their customers. Both of them have a toll free twenty-four hour a day number you can call, any time you have any questions about their services or programming.

While other service providers dont want to hear from you if you have a problem, Dish Network and DirecTV want you to contact them immediately if you should have any kind of problem, so they can get right on it and get it remedied.

Once you sign an extended service contract with a TV programming service provider you are stuck with them and if you find yourself sitting grumbling because you are paying for services you are not getting, you only have yourself to blame because you chose not to go with the documented leaders in customer satisfaction.

Too many programming service providers view their contracts as an obligation that you have to them, while the folks at Dish Network and DirecTV view their service contracts as an obligation that they have to you that they have committed themselves to. Why take your chances when there are proven winners who have earned the right to stand at the for front of the industry in customer satisfaction.

If your car needed work done on it, would you take it to a known fly by night auto repair shop or would you choose a shop with a proven record of doing quality work? The same reasoning should come into play when choosing a satellite TV service provider and you will be assured that you will have no regrets about doing business with them.
