Don't Rent a house, Buy Land without finacial risk.
How many times have you dreamed of owning land instead of renting a house? Imagine owning land “free and clear” and making enough money during the purchase to build your own home. Yes, I said making money during the purchase! You might think I am crazy, but I can show you how to improve the value of your land 2-3 times, virtually overnight. I know you are a bit skeptical, but I spent over 30 years in real estate, and I have made all of the mistakes at one time or another.

We used to live in a subdivision with many close neighbors and a very small lot. Now I live on 10 acres, with a lake that is bigger than my whole lot was in the subdivision. I stepped out onto my back deck last night, watched the dogs playing in the lake, and thought to myself how nice it is to be living in a country environment. You can do the same thing. You can make the move from subdivision to country environment with no financial risk.
Imagine being able to own your own “estate” without having to empty out your savings account, or having to go to the bank and getting a huge bank loan. It is possible, and I can show you how. It does not matter how much land you want either. I can show you how to get either your own 5 acre mini-farm or get 100 acres to start a land investing business. You do not have to worry about all the things that landlords have to deal with either. No leaking toilets, no late night phone calls about all the problems that seem to come up when you have tenants in your rental homes. No rental homes at all! My program does not involve flipping houses, which can involve costly repairs or upgrades. There are no foreclosures involving people losing their home. The only thing that you are going to have to worry about is what to do with all of the extra money that you have.
One of the best things about this program is that you can do it in your spare time. Do not get me wrong, there is work involved. The more work and time you put in, the more money you can make. Another of my students got his first land deal in less than three days, and he had NO experience in real estate.
I do not advise “flipping houses” because there are so many people doing it, and it is almost impossible to stay out of the bank for a huge loan. There is also considerable financial risk involved since the housing market has taken a tremendous plunge this year. What would you do if you couldn’t sell the house? I do not like foreclosures either. You must realize that when a house is foreclosed on, someone is left in a very upset state of mind. Do you want to deal with someone that has just lost their house? I sure don’t. I also do not do tax sales, land auctions, or any of the other numerous “Programs” simply because they involve too much.
How about something that doesn’t involve any of your money, and can be done in your spare time? Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it. Well it is TRUE!
