Cognitive Restructuring Programs Work Better Using Truth
Making a manualized cognitive restructuring program that helps people control their thinking errors and self defeating behaviors is an art form that few have obtained.
The inquiry is, can you go in your subconscious mind to change thoughts? The answer is "yes" and Dr. David R. Hawkins tells us in is book Power vs Force. The truth has energy that can get into the wall of self-defeating thoughts and help people locate the truth about them. That is, people that have these thoughts are better than they believe they are.
To develope a cognitive rebuilding schedule one must widely understand the truth, otherwise the written words do not have penetrating energy. In result untrue words fall off the page and on the floor. There they die and disintegrate and are forgotten along with millions of other untrue thoughts.
True thoughts can lift people to a higher calibration whereas untrue thoughts can lower self-esteem. True thoughts have a greater intelligence that excites energies that resonate at a frequency that people will be happy with it. It is this cognitive dissonance internalization that affects a change in defective thinking.
For example after 30 years of working with domestic violence victims it makes me happy when I am sitting in class and people use the self-actualization process. Most abused women see themselves as $2.00 women where the truth is they are really an $8.00 or $10.00 woman. By the 3rd or 4th session of applying truthfull words delivered through a correctly structured cognitive restructuring program, the truth begins to have its affect.
This reprogramming is manifested in their physical, mental and emotional excitement. The first and last manifestations for most are wonderful and long-lasting. Now we must|However let us} remember that cognitive restructuring counseling is an option given to you to change, we do not force, change is what the client must achieve for themselves.
The main problem with any counceling program is that they are not structured the right way and lack piercing truth. The reason that they don't work is that the person(s) who wrote it lacked truth. A person may go to a psychotherapist for many years and still go without changing because the therapist is not aligned with the truth. Whereas the truth can have an everlasting change on people in a matter of hours, the truth is what it is.
