Your diet should comprise of wholesome foods such as fresh fruits, whole grains and hormone free animal products in your diet as these foods aid to keep your liver in good condition and functioning properly.

The reason is because once you removed the quantity of toxin build up in your body, your liver will not use up so much energy trying to remove these toxins and thus providing you with more energy for your everyday activities. A healthy lifestyle leads to a healthy body.
