Feedback means a lot for the eBay powersellers. If you get a positive feedback, you get the unique weapon of the ebay business. The positive feedback is better than any advertisement banners on the other websites. People trust the customers who experienced the service of the powerseller. If they say yes, the service of this powerseller is good. If they comment no, probably there will be no one going for this powerseller for transaction.

As we mentioned above, feedback plays a vital role in eBay business. How could we manage the feedback? If something goes wrong, how should we make it up?

The seller rating ranks from 1 to 5 stars. Which lever of the feedback will the customers give you depends on the service you provide. If they thought your service is excellent, you got 5 stars. if you only get one star that means you have a bad after sale service.

Not only customers could leave a feedback for the seller, but also buyers can leave detailed ratings too. The detailed seller rating includes every aspect of the seller such as communication, product feature describing, shipping time and so on. And these comments are left anonymously. It's a good opportunity for the seller to improve their feedback rating.

You could do this under the website guidelines. First rule for the seller, describe your products accurately. If you are a good write, please describle your items using the elagnat words which could attract buyer. if you can't do that, you should post some pictures about the product so there is no confusion when the customer is bidding on. Time for both customers and sellers are very important factors of one transaction. You'd better describe the clear shipping expectations in every auction. It's very important if there is a delay, you should inform your customer immediately. So they can change their schedule and they will be indebted for your notice.

And let's talk about the communication. Communication involves every step of the business. Email is a powerful tool for the communication. You could send them through the ebay program. You own email account is available too. it's a good way for you to answer every email enquiring questions about your product. You could also make a common question and answer list to email them. During the communication, you could ask the customer to give you a five stars feedback. That's one of the powersellers basic tips. And every body knows that.
