You are selling the customer on the idea of your catering, not just your product. So, get some sample menus and a variety of options available for the types of galas you could cater. Perhaps you have a new catering business that you would like to build a website for as a means of advertising. You can include your menu and your certifications and experience as a way to attract customers. You don't have to include pricing but sometimes a few prices may give people a good suggestion as to the costs and therefore they don't have to call you to find out. When you are done with all of this, the next step is to get out and start marketing your new business. Talk to everyone that you see and know, let them know that you are flexible and capable of catering just about any event. Don't be frightened by out of the ordinary events, always keep your catering business flexible and you will be certain to be successful!
