How to Perfect Your Game of Golf

There is no short cut of perfecting your game of golf. The one and only way is through practice, practice and more practice
Here are some of the ways that you may want to consider if you are a newbie to the game of golf:

1.It may sound not very right, but it is best to practice again when you had just completed your round. This is because you still remembered what you had previously done wrong and the image was still fresh inside your mind. You know where your weakness lies, and you are still eager to try it again and again.

2.Imagine that you are playing a good game of golf when during lunch or break, going to work or home. Try to visualize how many good swings you had made, swing your entire body when doing all those great shot. This is not just plain imagination, this is to get your muscle and memory prepared for your next round of golf.

3.You can always transfer movement of other sports to help in getting you excel in the game of golf. For example, if you played tennis at the same time, you may notice that the way you swing your tennis racket in a backhand method, is very close to the way that you do the swing during golf. Use all different kind of experience you have on other sports to help you find the right technique when playing golf.

4.Always take a break in between swings. This is to prevent you from getting mental and physical exhaustion. During each break, use the interval to refresh on what you had learned and what mistake you had made. Hitting a thousand shot will not guarantee you of getting a good swing, but learnt from your mistake would. 20 -30 balls at a time is more than enough during each session.

5.To further enhance or to perfect your skill of playing golf, you may want to try this : Pull out your iron, take two tees, stick them in the ground a couple of inches apart (You may want to use two balls as a guide). Swing your iron through the tees without hitting them. Start with partial swings and work your way up to full swings as you get better at avoiding the tees. Soon you will be hitting the ball more solidly

Many factors will cause you of not getting a good shot, such as hand position, proper gripping of golf clubs, posture of your pre-swing, aligning to the right ball position etc. but do remember, for every games you played, with continuous practice, and very soon, you will be able to play a good game of golf consistently.

Remember : Practice Makes Perfect.
