Etiquette during a Limo Service
During prom and wedding season, many people are worried about the proper etiquette in hiring and riding in a limousine. Limo renters should be concerned about this because with common sense advice one can make sure that the trip will be safe and memorable.
The most important aspect of limo service etiquette is to treat every person and all equipment with respect.
Most of the limousines that are rented out are very expensive and the people handling the scheduling and the driver of the cars deserve respect as well. It is best to be kind to both the personnel and the vehicle.
Another important aspect of limo service etiquette is respecting the passenger limits for the limousine.
There are capacity limits on each limousine which are set by law because that is the number of individuals that can fit inside the limousine and remain safe on while travelling. Most limo companies do not allow the number of passengers to exceed the set limousine seating capacity. If the limousines renters insist and argue with the limo driver on this issue this may be a ground for the limo company to terminate any service agreement.
The last thing to remember about limo service etiquette is that local laws apply within the limousine as well such as standing up through the sunroof, underage drinking, and illegal drugs will not be tolerated and might be used as a ground to terminate the service agreement for limo service.
