Multi Level Marketing As A Source Of Passive Income
Network marketing is considered by most of its participants as the perfect vehicle for someone to achieve financial freedom and create passive income for him and his family. There are also those that consider it impossible and point out that the most successful builders are real hard workers spending most of their time growing their business and the moment they stop, their organization would collapse. They consider them to be the only binding force that holds the network together and when they leave it's only natural that it would dissolve.
But which one of the statements is true?
Well, the answer is that they are actually both true. You can see both of them happening in MLM organizations and for every successful retiree marketer on passive income you can always match another one whose business betray him the moment he decides to retire and leave.
In that retrospect it stops being a matter of “if” since it does happen to some, and becomes a matter of when and to whom. What distinguishes those that manage to accomplish that and at what point they were able to do it? Can it be repeated by others or it is just a matter of luck?
Luck has nothing to do with business and hence plays no role in our case. It is what those individuals did that got them to that envied and so much sought after position. And what they did differently is that they concentrated on building leaders inside their network. Instead of stacking members in their downline, they devoted the necessary time and effort to train them and more than that develop them to true achievers and success oriented individuals ready to take their place.
The only way to walk away with residual income from a multi level marketing opportunity is to have people in your organization that can replace you. People ready to lead others to their way to realize their dreams and reach their goals. People that are capable of doing what you are already doing yourself. And things like that don't happen on their own nor is prudent to leave it on the shoulders of the company and its training.
