Overweight Obsessed? Think Yourself Thin! May be its all you need!
May be you are the kind that it all started when you were a little doll, down to high school and now everyone is still backbiting with annoying whispers on just how fat you are. Little do they know just how fruitless and dangerous this activity happens to be. It is simply putting your life into jeopardy. They do not care about you or they are just so ignorant about the outcome.
My worry is that with this obsession of being overweight, you risk developing an eating disorder such as anorexia, bulimia or binge-eating. A disorder that occurs 10 times more frequently in girls and women especially for those who have been fat when young especially in a world where everyone is doing everything to achieve the slim 'the queen of the world' kind of a body.
Do you know that doing the opposite will do you wonders? Obsessing that you are thin! This gives you the message that being thing is a good thing. Amazingly very soon fattening foods lose their appeal and you become more active and are transformed into a thinner version of the former you. It's actually the widespread success of hypnosis in helping people to shed weight and then keep it off.
May be something you need to think off carefully and now is eating little and often. What we recognize as hunger is often simply our bodies alerting us to the fact that it is our normal feeding time. Dietary habits are easy to form. If you eat a large meal it stretches your stomach and creates a rhythm that your body gets used to very quickly.
