You The MLM Leader
A lot of people are entering network marketing with the thought that they would be able to find three or four great recruiters to join their downline that would do all the work for them. They would build a one million dollar organization for them while they would sit and watch.
Unfortunately you need a lot of luck to hit such a jackpot and quite frankly I believe you are entering the wrong industry if you have such an attitude. Multilevel marketing is not a lottery nor a casino and the goddess of luck won't be able to be of much of an assistance to you.
The only way to develop leaders inside your network that would be able to grow big downlines and move great volumes of products to customers, is to become such a leader yourself. You should become the leader that you always wanted to have as your sponsor and teach and guide your people inside your organization to their way to success.
People duplicate what they see not what they hear. If you are not working in growing your business and you behave like a lazy that is expecting everything from the others, your downline would follow your example and would do just like you. It doesn't matter if you drag them every week to seminars tying to motivate them and push them to work or you keep repeating them about doing what they have learned. They won't fall for empty words that are not backed by action.
You really need to become the one who leads the way and shows the example if you want to succeed in MLM. You need to learn, practice and teach everything to those you sponsor. You must accept your role and your responsibility as the head of your team and its organizer. Don't try to hide and pass everything up to your sponsor. You do have a responsibility to the people you bring into the opportunity and you are not allowed to disappoint them.
If you really start acting as you would expect the perfect sponsor to act and try to do everything as he would have done. If you really give your best to help and support those you recruit, pretty soon you will discover a strong desire for success and achievement take roots within the hearts of the people in your network. A flame impossible to be extinguished that would thrust your organization to an explosive growth.
