Increase your traffic – The easy way
One may argue that there are many ways out there to increase your traffic, but which is the easiest way? From my experiences, there is no easy way out. But some way are easier that the other. I have tried most of them and I have come out a two easier ways to increase my traffic.
There are many reasons for one to want to increase their website traffic, some wants to increase traffic so to increase their sales, some want to improve their page rank with the search engine, and some just want to be popular in their market. Which ever the reason is, traffic is never bad for a website.
Being an internet marketer, the obvious reason for me to increase traffic is to increase sales. I have employed two main strategy and ways to increase my traffic. These two ways are: Article Marketing and Email Marketing. I find that these two methods are very effective as there is always some form of interaction with your potential customers.
How article marketing works is when you choose a particular or target market, you write an article about that market. A very good example of article marketing is this article. When you are reading this article, you are learning in that particular market, and this is some form interaction. You will also need a “call to action” in your article which is also a great interaction with your potential customers. An example of call to action: “click here now for more information: http://www.thehyperaffiliate.com . This is a form of call to action and when your potential customers click on it, you will get traffic.
Email marketing requires a little bit more work. If you intent to use this method to gain traffic. You will first build you list. Actually I can write an entire article about email marketing but I wan to briefly show you how you can use this method to increase traffic. Email marketing work as secondary traffic generation method. You will need to use either article marketing or other ways of traffic generations. Once you have gotten the first wave of traffics to you “website A”, and you will need an opt-in form. When your website visitor sign up or opt-in for you offer, you will get there email. Now you can use these email any way you want but remember do not spam you potential customer. When your list got really big, and when you have another “website B” is live, sent an email to your list. This is instant traffic and they are gold.
Using these two methods of traffic generation will bring you a long way – at least for me.
