Free content is available everywhere. These types of resources are also excellent research tools - you can see what people are promoting and writing about. The content from most of these sites is available to use for free as long as the resource box (that contains the author's bio) is left intact.

Demand - There must be a demand in this niche market .
Competition – If there is some competition this is a good sign. But you don’t want to have too much competition.
Quality of competition – If the quality of competiittion is poor, that’s good news. You can walk right in, do things better and make more of the money. But don’t compete with any super marketers if they are already in that niche.
Money Possibilities – Are there ways to make money – such as Adsense, affiliate products, or info products.
Content possibilities - Can you find ready available content that you can use to create site or blog ?
From my own experience, what I’m learning is, making money online is work. Not in the sense of doing skilled labor, like I did for years but from learning skills to market online. Either way it takes time and effort, but from what I have researched, it is well worth the time, effort and small amount of money.
My own article marketing has come a long way since I first started, also I have learned a little bit about PPC advertising. I have made a few sales, (felt really good ) made a tiny profit. But my first payed campaign with adwords, well let’s just say I did’t make any money. Live and learn. The more I do the better I get and all the aspects of making money online are coming into focus.
