Before you call on a prospect, know this

Tim Altvater here with a few words of wisdom: Before you pick up that phone to call your prospects, take some time to prepare! That’s right, a little preparation goes a l-o-n-g way.

Much like not overwhelming your prospects with resources in the beginning (too much printed material, too many CDs/DVDs, too many website links, etc.), you don’t want to overwhelm them on a call.

Stick to the specifics.

Don’t clutter their minds with anything that is not specific and factual.
