Is Rejection Free Prospecting & Recruiting A Myth?

Let me tell you a quick story. Back in 1995 I joined a company, Cell Tech, Inc. and exploded to Double Diamond in that company in exactly 12 months. Here is what happened. My upline was generating about $500,000 per MONTH and I called him and asked him, "what do I have to do to generate the kind of income you're generating?" He told me to mail out thousands of tapes per week, if I could afford it, and that I would see tremendous success in a short period of time. I did what my upline suggested and mailed out about 500 tapes per week, and sure enough, just as he predicted, people started calling me on the telephone with their credit card in hand asking me if they could sign-up in my program! I never had anyone to say NO, that they did not want to join my downline!

Honest truth. I never at that time realized that I was performing "Rejection Free" prospecting and recruiting. What is my point? Mailing out tapes today may not be as effective as it was in the 90's, but I know for a fact that "Rejection Free" recruiting is a viable method of prospecting and recruiting today without any hype.

There are some very workable methods of prospecting and recruiting that are considered old but are "Rejection Free." Take for example the mailing out of tapes mentioned above. Today, we could replace the cassette tape with a CD or DVD with enough information in either the CD or the DVD about your product and most importantly, the benefits to the prospect that will cause you to become the"hunted" rather than the "hunter." If we're going to mail out the CD or the DVD we want to make sure that we "target" the list to whom we're mailing, people who want what we've got. The idea here is to place your name and phone number on the CD or the DVD and wait for those who are interested to call you. Don't call them to follow up and get all kinds of rejection. When they call you, they are ready with credit card in hand to do business. There are other "old" methods of rejection free prospecting and recruiting that could not be covered here because of a lack of space in this article.

A "new" (not really new but is current) approach to prospecting and recruiting to build your downline with out "Rejection" is a "Prospecting System" that produces "Fresh Leads" for you that have not been used or re-used, and it also provides you with "Cash Flow In" or better known as a "Funded Proposal" which provides you with "working capital" to continue advertising your business without running out of money, or having to quit the business before you build your Dream.
